Job Description:
The Data Analyst’s primary responsibility is to collect, organize and interpret large data using data analysis tools. A sophisticated understanding of SQL, modes of central tendency, and logical problem solving is crucial for this role. This position is accountable to the Vice President of Strategy & Operations and Manager of Data Analytics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with the Vice President of Strategy & Operations and Manager of Data Analytics to organize and interpret large datasets (hundreds of thousands to millions of rows) for intracompany and external clients.
Enrich and transform datasets.
Extract crucial healthcare and business insights from data.
Present contextualized and concise reports based on analysis to management.
Produce formatted tables, charts and graphics using Excel and visualization software.
Coordinate with cross-departmental team members to produce final reporting packages.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-5 years’ experience in data analytics, healthcare is a significant plus
- Significant Experience with data analytics tools and software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI, etc.)
- Understanding of SQL, RDBMS (SQL Server) is a necessity
- Strong Data Contextualization and Data Visualization skills requirement
- Understanding of programming languages including Python and R is a plus
- Machine Learning Experience is a significant plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (listening, verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently, follow through on assignments, and adhere to timelines
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

SQL: 3 years (Required)
Work Location: In person, this is not a remote position.
