Job Description:
OPOC.us (One Point of Care) is seeking full-time Outbound Sales Representatives to join the team in our call center located in Worthington, OH. This is an exciting opportunity to be the engine that powers our organization, making an immediate impact on the growth and success of our business by initiating contact with potential new clients through phone calls, social media and email outreach. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, high-energy, and detail oriented. We are looking for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, team environment and are committed to providing excellent customer service.
Key qualifications to succeed in this role include:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to learn database, CRM or other software to track prospect progress.
Use product / service knowledge to showcase the solutions OPOC.us can offer.
High school or equivalent (required)
Customer Service experience (preferred)
