Job Description: OPS Consulting is seeking a Program Integrator (PI) Level 3 to assist leadership and team leads in establishing and maintaining the acquisition baselines for programs through the monitoring and reporting on the overall health of the program, initiatives, and portfolio. The PI will perform analysis to minimize cost and verify budgets effectively.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Track and execute project cost, schedule, performance, and system support throughout the life cycle of (design, development, test, evaluation, and production) of the programs.
- Assist programs in the development of actionable requirements, monitor the delivery and performance of requirements.
- Assist with documentation of program management plans, program acquisition strategy, and operational capabilities statements along with risk management plans, and program schedules.
- Perform cross- program analysis to assist in responding to investment portfolio actions.
- Prepare and support delivery of presentations to assist with program and initiative status review.
- Provide financial and summary reports on the program elements at the program level and assist with the allocation and tracking of resources (recommend funding adjustments, budgets, facilities, etc..)
- Assist program managers with tracking the development of program documentation to include: TTOs, statements of work (SOW), and program management plans (PMPs).
Required Experience:
- Twelve (12) years’ experience and a bachelor’s degree in a business focused discipline. In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA II and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years.
Security Clearance:
- A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required.
