Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product and service information.
Key Responsibilities: Answer Inbound Calls: Handle a high volume of incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Provide Information: Offer detailed information about products and services, including troubleshooting and support.
Document Interactions: Accurately document all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Upsell and Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs.
Maintain Knowledge Base: Stay informed about company products, services, policies, and procedures.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to provide seamless customer service.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM systems and call center software.
