What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Event Manager position at OpTech?
We are looking for someone who having good experience in Organizing Even Managements for our Direct client.
Position - 1001 W 49th St #8 Hialeah Florida 33012
Duration - 3 months.
Pay - $26/hour
Start Date - 9/3/2024
Required Skills:
• 1-3 years related work experience in Event Management, Grassroots and Tour activations, Retail Marketing, social media, Viral/WOM Marketing, Field Marketing, Advertising, PR, Campaign Integration, marketing strategy and multicultural consumer engagement.
• Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience Marketing/Advertising
• Demonstrated program management, asset optimization, and coordination experience.
• Must be able to influence without authority and work with all levels of the enterprise.
• Must be able to multi-task under pressuring deadlines and manage cross-functional teams, agencies, and direct reports through tight schedules.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Moderate technology aptitude. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to perform under pressure during short deadlines.
• Presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Share Point.
• 25% travel required some overnight travel, which may include weekends.
• Frequent travel during Annual Election Period and Open Enrollment.
