They are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to assist with HR operations, employee support, and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO : As the Human Resources Coordinator, your responsibilities will include : Coordinating applicant notifications, interviews, and the hiring process.
Maintaining accurate records and files in compliance with state and federal regulations (EEOC, ADA, applicant tracking, etc.
Supporting departmental recordkeeping, including HRIS (UKG) and personnel files. Assisting with new employee orientation, preparing new-hire folders, and maintaining the Employee Handbook.
Developing and maintaining in-house communications (bulletin boards, newsletters). Assisting with travel arrangements, payroll, benefits administration, and HR projects.
Verifying I-9 documentation, conducting background checks and drug testing, and ensuring onboarding compliance. Scheduling meetings and interviews, preparing presentations, and assisting with local events.
Assisting with processing terminations and personnel changes. REQUIREMENTS : To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements : Bachelor’s degree preferred;
High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of three years of administrative experience, preferably in HR. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint).
Strong verbal, written, and communication skills, with excellent phone etiquette. Ability to work with numbers accurately and type at least 45 words per minute.
