What are the details? 

  • The primary measure of success for this role is revenue production driven by marketing and lead generation. This individual will need to show the lifecycle of the sales process, from lead to deal closure, for all associated lead generation programs.  

  • Lead the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives, including the addition of potential new acquisitions, without losing focus on the fundamental brand. 

  • Responsible for the management and execution of marketing strategies related to business development, inclusive of outbound email and communication campaigns, as well as inbound lead generation strategies.  

  • Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product/service introductions and other marketing projects 

  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategies to drive organic growth/M&A activities.  

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets 

  • Develop sales forecasting and product branding plans 

  • Understand the landscape of various local markets to facilitate comprehensive, impactful campaigns that will continuously attract and engage our key target audiences and achieve results , which may also include travel to events/shows to understand the competitive market. 

  • Deliver integrated marketing programs focused on lead generation that align with both short and long-term business goals. 

  • Partner with the Business Development team and leadership to drive B2B demand generation strategy and tactics. 

  • Use a data-driven approach to monitor and assess channel effectiveness, provide ongoing deep-dive analysis of KPIs to optimize productivity and pipeline development, and drive ROI 

  • Collaborate with team members, agencies, consultants, freelancers and suppliers to create materials and content, including designed one sheeters, blogs, and videos, to educate target audiences on our services and employee value proposition across a variety of channels 

  • Work with product management to conduct customer, brand, and product research initiatives 

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Supervise a marketing team, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules and deadlines 

  • Communicate the brand identity with the team 

  • Travel Required – up to 10% 

What do you know?  
Knowledge and Experience: 

  • Bachelors or Master's in marketing; or equivalent experience.  

  • Success in building strategic marketing plans for product, service and geographic expansion 

  • Experience with M&A and organic growth 

  • Proven experience in building strategic lead-generation initiatives and plans 

  • Ability to understand the current competitive landscape and create plans to differentiate us and improve our market position 

  • Experience with A/B market testing and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects at once 

  • Proven success as a Manager and Leader of Teams of people, including outsourced relationships 

  • Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing 

  • Content creation experience 

  • SEO and PPC experience, certifications preferred 

  • Strong drive for results – proven record for results tracking and business impact 

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
