Credentialing Coordinator Responsibilities :
- Monitor expiring licensure, board, and professional certifications, along with all other expirable documents
- Process initial and re-credentialing applications
- Respond to health plan provider inquiries
- Maintain and update provider profiles on CAQH, PECOS and NPPES
- Track credentialing and enrollment applications daily
- Update necessary departments on credentialing changes
- 2 years healthcare experience
- 1 year of ADP experience
- High level of professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft word
- Strong excel and spreadsheet capabilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and time oriented
