Position Description:
Create process documents, guidelines, Visio charts and communications.
Maintain and promote key talent acquisition communications and enablement sites (SharePoint, Social Talent, Workboard and others) with timely and relevant information related to TA systems, tools, and processes.
Update ATS/ CRM job aids covering system steps and features.
Develop content to build engagement for the global team.
Provide editorial oversight of training documents to ensure consistent, relevant, and meaningful messaging.
Develop compelling, logically structured newsletters, system communications, presentations, e-mails, and other communication.
Coordinate activities support effective execution of talent acquisition priorities and strategy.
Skills Required:
Prior experience creating process documents and supporting communications/change management for Talent Acquisition.
Experience Required:
Prior experience in talent acquisition. Experience creating SOP and process documents to support TA functions.
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, Management, or related field
