POSITION SUMMARY:
The Warranty & Field Service Coordinator's responsibilities include reviewing warranty submissions, accept, or reject claims, collaborate with vendors, and address any issues and settle disputes relating to the warranty contract. You also make suggestions to provide customer satisfaction and enhance customer experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Receiving, processing, and reviewing warranty claims from customers.
- Verifying the eligibility of claims.
- Ensuring claims adhere to the company's policies and guidelines.
- Discuss the warranty claim and expectations with customers.
- Prepare and process warranty documentation according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Submit claims quickly and efficiently.
- Follow up with manufacturers to ensure claims are being processed properly.
- Adjust and resubmit any denied claims to secure payment for warranty work.
- Keep accurate inventory of ordered warranty parts and organize vendor paperwork.
- Responsible for quoting, scheduling, and managing field service orders.
- Organizes the activities of technical service technicians that are working on site.
- Dispatch personnel to the customer's job site, communicating with clients, and providing guidance to the field service techs.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation of all processes within their job duties.
- Following up with clients to gather feedback regarding the services that the organization provided to them.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proficient with the use of office equipment (i.e. computer, phone, printer, copier & scanner).
