OPS is looking for several good men and women to join an elite manufacturing team as part of a crew to help us build the workforce of tomorrow. We are looking for a few people that are smart, driven, dependable and enthusiastic people with a deep desire to bring excellence to the job every day. This team will be hand selected and is being purpose built to achieve performance goals, and help us set the standard for our future workforce. On the job training will be provided. No experience required.

• Must be able to work 4 days on, 4 days off , 6am to 6pm 12-hour shifts Must be available all days of the week as your schedule will rotate days each week.

• $15-$17 per hour depending on experience and position with overtime available.

Powder Coat Sprayer

Assembly

Saw/Miter Saw

CNC Operator

Shipping and Receiving

Tool Crib/PVC

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Load and Unload items from machines, carts, and dollies quickly and efficiently.
2. Cooperate with management and personnel assigned to the line with a CAN DO attitude.
3. Pull damaged or ineffective product off the line.
4. Comprehend stacking patterns provided with each job and pay attention to detail.
5. Rework defective material from machine.
6. Help with the safety, cleanliness and organization of work area to Lean and 5S Standards
7. Alert Special Line Operator of problems or malfunctions and suggest solutions.
8. Assist in the performance of cleaning and sanitation on equipment to meet and help develop company S.O.P.
9. Abide by all safety requirements and company policies.
10. Immediately communicate with supervisors when a problem occurs.
11. Other duties assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. Prior manufacturing experience is prefered but not required.
2. Problem solving skills and reasoning.
3. Dexterity and ability to stand for 12 hours.
4. Ability to understand oral or written instructions such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
5. On occasion perform calculations.
6. Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet company goals.
7. Communication skills to work effectively with other team members is CRITICAL to your success.

Physical Capabilities:
Must be able to perform moderate to heavy manual labor, along with bending and lifting

PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

Assemble and inspect products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Overtime
