What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Store Manager position at Optimum Wireless?

Duties Include:
1. Sales of AT&T products and services including wireless device sales, home internet and TV service, accessories, and other products and services.
2. Maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
3. Outside marketing of the location.
4. Staying up to date with required training. (Both in person and online)
5. Store operations including cash handling, device inventory, and upkeep.
6. Managing a sales team of 3 to 5 people.
This is an hourly bonus job with no cap on commission earnings! We also offer device and service plan discounts and other incentives. A high performing manager can expect to earn an average of $2,000 in bonuses per month in addition to their hourly compensation.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
