Job purpose
Opya is a mission-driven company transforming Autism care for children by combining quality in-home treatment with technology to provide clinically excellent and effective Behavioral, Speech, and Occupational therapies. Through the delivery of individualized intensive early intervention therapy to children under six years old diagnosed with autism, Opya helps those children achieve milestones and reach their fullest potential.
As the Director of Growth, you will own marketing and lead generation for Opya to drive topline revenue growth. You will be responsible for guiding, tailoring by audience, and articulating Opya’s benefits and value proposition through internal and external marketing initiatives, content creation, and collateral design. You will lead Opya’s growth strategy, approach, and execution to acquire, convert, and retain clients. This includes leading on the ground community outreach efforts and working closely and managing our marketing agency to execute and deliver on digital campaigns reaching families, pediatricians, diagnosing entities, and other potential referral sources. You will work to define Opya’s client growth plan, coordinate and execute growth initiatives, and optimize the client revenue funnel. Essential duties and responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Define, manage, and communicate Opya’s benefits, value proposition, and identity in a consistent brand, tone, voice, and narrative across internally across teams and externally across existing and future clients, potential recruiting candidates, and stakeholders
- Design, produce, and maintain collateral and marketing materials tailored by channel and audience; continuously optimize new and old content
- Conceptualize and create content and campaigns while ensuing SEO best practices are in place to ensure relevant and effective blogs, social posts, email, white papers, and collateral
- Manage effort to build reputation across review sites like Yelp and Google My Business
- Digital Performance Marketing and Agency Management:
- Lead paid media client acquisition strategy, forecasting, testing and optimization across channels, go-to-market timelines, analytics and measurement, and reporting to drive client referrals and subsequently new clients
- Team with our agency to design campaign architecture and execute new client acquisition strategies and tactics
- across e.g., paid social, search, media buys, display, and test into new channels
- Test, measure, and analyze performance across all channels to optimize strategy and identify patterns, trends, and behaviors to drive actionable campaign optimizations. Manage and monitor metrics across channels, including budget pacing, and client-side LTV and CAC
- Analyze and communicate weekly paid media performance to senior leadership while thinking strategically about long-term drivers of sustained client lead generation, acquisition, and retention
Field Marketing Leadership & Pipeline Management:
- Lead and manage regional community outreach directors on the ground in local markets. Design plans, establish targets, and manage pipeline to result in the consistent delivery and conversion of qualified client referrals across regions and across sources.
- Develop and directly cultivate relationships with existing and potential referral sources to understand their needs and deliver on a diversified and sustained base of client referrals
Market Analysis & Growth Strategy:
- Conduct detailed by market analysis to include possible client geographic location, registered behavior technician (RBT), as well as referral source research to identify potential lead generation entities in direct support and enablement of regional community outreach directors
- Define and optimize the client journey as related to all aspects of the client lead generation and funnel from awareness and acquisition through to activation and revenue
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience within a healthcare setting required, experience within autism preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing (performance, lead generation), growth, business development, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team with demonstrated motivational skills
- Experienced and skilled with agency management and delivery of results
- Demonstrated experience delivering quality leads and referrals, and converting to paid users/clients
- Proven track record analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to develop actionable insights, and a detailed understanding of marketing cross-channel attribution
- Superb written, verbal, and communication skills; excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, process oriented, and demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and problem solve with focus and creativity to achieve quality and delight with users
- Proven track record of rolling up your sleeves, “going deep”, testing and optimizing to improve performance and outcomes, while never losing sight of the bigger picture
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in high-pressure situations, capable of diffusing internal and external stakeholder situations effectively
- Entrepreneurial with a bias for action and problem-solving, and a strong team and collaborative orientation
- Experience in a startup or high-growth technology company is a plus
- Proficiency using, creating workflows, and establishing reporting with a CRM platform, e.g., HubSpot, is a plus
