Your Role
As an RevElate Patient Accounting focused Senior Knowledge Leader you will drive cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to proactively improve processes and standard content, complete methodology updates, and account for resulting client impacts. You will design process improvement strategies impacting multiple solutions, projects, and organizations. In this role you will develop workflow methodology strategy and recommendations across multiple solutions.
The Senior Knowledge Leader will also provide instruction on utilization and application of methodology and tools. Finally, the Senior Knowledge Leader will advise on complex workflow and integration points and coach and mentor other knowledge leaders.
As a member of the Cerner Consulting organization, you will ensure a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client's satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.
- Provides domain, implementation approach, and workflow design expertise
- Author and develops associate-facing content leveraging technical and methodology documentation
- Educates associates to appropriately leverage methodology and standard recommendations
- Consults with cross-functional internal stakeholders to identify priorities for standard content enhancements, process improvements, methodology updates, and resulting client impacts
- Manages issues logged via problem management process
- Executes process improvement strategies

California Pay Range: from $87,300 to $170,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $82,500 to $153,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $82,500 to $161,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $92,200 to $161,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
