We're looking for a Lead Nursing Executive to help us build trusted relationships with C-suite level client executives. As a Lead Nursing Executive you will cultivate and maintain relationships with client clinical leadership and key influencers in the health care industry. You will advance client strategy, structure, management, and operations through leadership and change management. This role will allow you to promote increased client alignment and articulate clinical adoption benefits and standard methodologies. In scope for this role will be to drive value achievement through a client partnership that supports clinical, financial, and operational imperatives. You will promote and support reference advocacy activity at client sites as well as support sales processes by providing solution demonstration support and answering request for proposal (RFP) questions. Finally you will generate ideas for the enhancement of solutions and services and leverage the use of analytics to promote adoption and optimization.
•*Responsibilities**
•*We like to see** At least 10 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education including: At least 2 year of client relationship management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other client-facing work experience At least 8 years of completed higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job Master's in Nursing, Health Care Administration, Business Administration Registered Nurse - State Board Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

•*Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)** California Pay Range: from $107,400 to $214,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Colorado Pay Range: from $101,400 to $193,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. New York City Pay Range: from $101,400 to $204,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Washington Pay Range: from $113,400 to $204,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following: 1.
