The Role:
Oracle Health is seeking a Lead Federal Client Executive for our US Federal business development division. This division provides enterprise solutions and services focused on life sciences, research, and public health for the federal government. Oracle Health offers a wide range of capabilities, such as real-world evidence, clinical trial management, analytics, interoperability, health exchanges, professional services and cloud and data hosting.
As a Lead Federal Client Executive, you will manage the sales process for new business opportunities to meet sales goals within a defined territory/agency.?
You leverage client relationships and value creation to grow new business, sales pipeline and create demand within assigned territory/agency. You will also analyze market and competitive intelligence to develop sales strategies for highly competitive and complex agency opportunities as well as build and maintain strategic partnerships at all levels within the client organization.? You will consult with prospective clients and/or their benefit consultants on Oracle Health capabilities to clearly communicate strategy and vision; develop and progress innovative sales proposals that address the specific needs of the client; accurately forecast sales opportunities; lead contract negotiations; and manage pipeline and forecast to consistently drive sales opportunities to closure against a sales quota. Basic Qualifications
. 6-10 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education to include:
- At least 5 years of sales in federal government ideally within the Health and Human Services agency
- At least 5 years of sales experience building new business and meeting individual quotas within a defined territory.
- At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
. Ability to negotiate and close federal contracts.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree
· Proven record selling life sciences, research, and public health solutions
· Relationships within Health and Human Services agency
· Ability to build account strategy focused on account penetration
Expectations
· Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
· Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
· Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
· Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
California Pay Range: from $105,000 to $199,700 per annum. Eligible for commission and may be eligible for equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $99,200 to $199,700 per annum. Eligible for commission and may be eligible for equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $110,900 to $199,700 per annum. Eligible for commission and may be eligible for equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $110,900 to $199,700 per annum. Eligible for commission and may be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
