Oracle's National Security Group is seeking a Senior Scheduler that will work across multiple program management offices supporting several Lines of Business (LOB) in their respective project schedule delivery.
The Senior Scheduler function exists to support our Program Managers as they deliver on requirements. This is both a challenging and rewarding role that will test your interpersonal skills, ability to quickly master business process knowledge, strategic thinking capabilities, and follow-through of the scheduling responsibilities on the delivery of technical program requirements.

Preferred Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate would possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
- 8 years of experience with Systems Engineering/Project Management that includes schedule planning for large (>$500M) DoD or IC programs
- 5 years of experience developing and managing an integrated, networked master schedule.
- Ability to analyze project dependencies, relationships, drivers, and impacts across multiple project schedules, and make recommendations on corrective actions
- In-depth knowledge of scheduling tools, including MS Project and Viso
- Broad understanding of Government requirements and contract delivery
- Planning and strategy best practices for program schedule performance
- The ability to work in a matrixed team across multiple workstreams to integrate multiple project schedules into a single, Integrated Master Schedule
- Comfort briefing senior leadership and customers alike
- Analytical problem-solving skills; ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Self-starter, confident, driven with strong organizational skills
Preferred experience (not mandatory):
- 5 years in the IT industry
- Understands task order management
- Understands basic Earned Value Management
- Broad understanding of cloud infrastructures
Education Required:
- Bachelor of Arts or Sciences. If no degree, then at least 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
Certifications:
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred not required
Security Clearance:
- Must possess or be able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance
- Counter Intelligence Polygraph may be required

California Pay Range: from $87,800 to $214,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $101,400 to $193,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $101,400 to $204,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $113,400 to $204,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
