What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager 1-ProdDev position at Oracle?
As a Product Owner, you will define and prioritize user stories within an agile team's backlog to streamline execution and quality of product development. Some of your responsibilities will include creating and prioritizing epics and user stories for product development; writing functional requirements; developing story and feature acceptance criteria; review and accept backlog items as ready; performing functional testing, including user acceptance and exploratory testing; and evaluating risks and perform hazard analysis for development activities. You may also be expected to track product functionality and performance, as required by regulatory standards, to ensure that it meets market needs; facilitate key agile ceremonies, such as the sprint review; and manage ongoing communications between product and scrum teams.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
- At least 1 year product design, product testing, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and /or other HCIT solution work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, Health Care or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 4 years of work experience with Agile, Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
- At least 4 years of health care information technology (HCIT) work experience
Expectations
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time as needed
- Must currently live within 60 miles of a virtually approved city
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
