The Program Manager role within FDeX Operations Team is overall responsible for client project management and client account management of Client EDI Implementations specifically around Claims and Remittance Solutions. Along with client management, you will work closely with the internal implementation team (both technical and non-technical team members) to provide guidance and direction for core service line workflows to support the client through design decisions and system impacts.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $52,000 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

• Understand and consult on entire service line/department workflow
• Coach client on data collection and system design requirements, and analyze to determine optimal solution build and implementation
• Cultivate client relationships to achieve business objectives
• Provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders
• Mitigate solution risks and issues
• Identify, resolve and report solution status, risks and issues to client and project leadership.
• Translate client requirements into technical configuration requirements and workflow decisions.
• Assist and participate with client testing

Salary : $52,000 - $112,600
