Our Team
The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Global Government Sector team is building next-generation cloud platforms that meet the needs of US governments' state and local, civilian, defense, and intelligence community customers. These customer segments require OCI cloud services within OCI regions that are isolated from our commercial environment. We meet and exceed each customer's security and compliance requirements, such as FedRAMP High, DoD IL5, ICD 503 and DoD IL6 for the community we serve.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Product Managers that acts as the central resource and driving force for the conception, design, launch, and go-to-market of government-focused cloud products.
- Provide expertise in the understanding of US governments' state and local, civilian, defense, and intelligence community customers, market, and competition to drive product adoption.
- Own product definition from vision to roadmap and detailed product requirements.
- Drive product strategy and direction that translates into high-value customer features.
- Lead and influence engineering teams to invest and iterate on the features the government market requires.
- Run effective pilot programs and collect continuous customer feedback.
- Create field enablement materials (blogs, presentations) to explain how to integrate OCI services into customer architectures.
- Partner with sales and marketing to deliver high-quality product collateral and ensure customer satisfaction with our cloud products.
Your Qualifications
- 5 years of experience applying cloud products to the US national security mission
- 2 years of experience with government acquisitions
- Experience with cloud platform technologies and an understanding of how to apply them to real-world problems is required. Experience as a product manager, or in a technical leadership role, with a cloud platform technology provider is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Flexibility and comfort with ambiguous product decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Build value propositions, messaging, and guidance for the field, partners, press, and analysts
- Communicate complex ideas and topics to multiple audiences
- Be able to work with and communicate internally & with the customer at all levels, including engineers, end-users, partners, and senior leaders
- A bachelor's degree is required. A master's degree or MBA preferred with a strong relevant experience in the field

California Pay Range: from $168,200 to $363,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Colorado Pay Range: from $171,700 to $327,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
New York City Pay Range: from $171,700 to $345,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Washington Pay Range: from $191,900 to $345,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
