Fusion HCM Support Team is expanding to support our rapidly increasing customer base. The team partner's with development in supporting early adopters and new customers. Position Overview: Position is for a Technical Support Professional with a functional background in Human Capital Management and extensive knowledge in Oracle Cloud Benefits & Compensation. Reports to the Manager of Support. Responsible for providing excellence in customer service support, track-incidence, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases. The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a technical and functional level and to drive complete and total resolution of each service incident.
Responsibilities
The main role of a Support Analyst is to troubleshoot and resolve highly complex techno-functional problems. The key skills put to use on a daily basis are - high level of techno-functional skills, Oracle products knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise. Note: This role may need you to work on weekends and multiple shifts on rotation basis.
This role requires a wide variety of skills & capabilities, including:
- Solid Oracle HCM Experience with Benefits & Compensation.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion cloud architecture and Application tool kit (flex fields, lookups, value sets, ESS etc.).
- Hands on experience implementing in HCM cloud inbound Integrations using HDL, HSDL.
- Hands on experience in implementing HCM cloud outbound integrations using BI Publisher, HCM extracts & OTBI reports.
- Hands on experience in automating end to end integration orchestrations using HCM cloud SOAP & REST/ATOM web services.
- Good understanding over fast formulas, customizations/personalization's and approvals/workflows.
- Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL development.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with implementation partners as required.
- Detail-oriented, team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
- Acts as a HCM cloud Technical SME in implementing & supporting HCM Cloud Applications and associated conversions, integrations, customizations and reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams in different lines of business to collect requirements and aligning business requirement and best practices to implement a technical solution.
- Defining new and refining existing business processes.
- Able to work effectively and efficiently as an individual contributor or a team member.
- Work closely with the implementation partner to manage project related documentation and track deliverables.
- Unit testing, quality reviews, performance testing, issue identification and resolution.
- Utilize JIRA and other project management tools for tracking purposes.
- Adoption and implementation of agile methodology.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.
- BS degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in Benefits & Compensation Management modules.
- Experience in any integration tools (OIC, Mule soft, Dell bhoomi etc.).

California Pay Range: from $33.46 to $65.10 per hour; from $69,600 to $135,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $25.87 to $58.61 per hour; from $53,800 to $121,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $31.59 to $61.88 per hour; from $65,700 to $128,700 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $30.19 to $61.88 per hour; from $62,800 to $128,700 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
