- Basic working knowledge of trouble shooting both network and access issues.
- Ability to support other devices on a Hands & Eyes basis including meeting room equipment and network devices.
- Comfortable in a number of deskside technologies, including Operating Systems, to One Drive, Office, Outlook, and Active Directory to Exchange.
- Previous experience in the delivery of IT support services.
- Working technical knowledge of standard (Windows, O365 and AutoPilot) systems and business software to allow for resolution of software application issues or full rebuild of the PC (image, applications and Customer data)

Basic responsibilities:
· Reach the site on time (per agreed working hours).
· Must maintain an effective customer service focused attitude throughout business hours.
Windows 10 Installation:
- Managing Device EOL (End of Life)
- Managing the Backing up, transferring, and registration of data.
- Machine re-imaging whenever required by Project management team.
- Provide both Windows 10 training for end users and handouts when necessary.
- Perform appropriate testing procedures on all common applications and equipment before handing them out to end users.
- Ensuring users receive both software and hardware upgrades (as needed), while also maintaining their data.
- Ensure that the basic installation and operation routines are followed (check lists for said routines can be shared.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
