JOB DESCRIPTION
- FULL-TIME
Provide high-level administrative support and serve as liaison between University constituencies including students, faculty, staff, guests, and the President’s office. Work with the President’s Executive Assistant and Special Projects Assistant in a team approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Deputy Athletic Director, the Director of Donor Relations will serve as the primary point of contact for all aspects of revenue-generating special events and athletics hospitality coordination, donor relations and communications, donor stewardship, and customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for donor communications and gift processing.
- Responsible for database management and creating reports for donor analysis.
- Responsible for planning and executing each athletic department donor event.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day tracking of the annual fund.
- Attend Athletic Department events and Golden Eagle Club Board meetings as requested.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent knowledge and experience.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- A minimum of one year working within a collegiate athletics department is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM technology and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to make independent decisions and judgments on administrative and procedural issues.
Salary : $33,600 - $42,600
