Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Traffic Manager to join our team. As a Traffic Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of work and resources within our organization to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Your role will involve managing schedules, assigning tasks, and communicating with various teams to ensure efficient project delivery.

Duties:
- Develop and implement project timelines and schedules
- Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and availability
- Monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or delays
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resources are allocated effectively
- Communicate project updates and deadlines to stakeholders
- Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements and provide status updates
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review project status and address any issues or concerns
- Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints
- Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet client expectations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in traffic management

Key Responsibilities:

-Create accurate, detailed design specifications for new products. Review product specifications with designers and production artists and upload all production files to the production department.

-Receive, log, and traffic factory proofs. Check the specifications for incoming factory proofs, noting any discrepancies on the routing sheets.

-Update the design specifications spreadsheets as needed during the proofing process.

-Review weekly reorders for running changes, request changes be made by Production Artist and upload new files.

-Review and route reprints of products and ensure that running changes have been made.

-Supervise the traffic coordinator and the trafficking of all proofing, making sure projects stay on schedule.

-Manage and track the daily schedules, making sure progress of projects is kept up to date. -Add new projects to the schedule as they are requested by the sales department and help determine appropriate delivery timeframes.

-Ensure that we receive all required artists’ samples from the production team/factories.

-Ensure that factory proofs are sent to artists and/or customers for approval as needed.

-Liaise between Art, Production and Sales to resolve any issues that arise.

-Send sell sheets to Sales ensuring on time delivery.

-Perform other duties as assigned.

Note: This is a paid position, as required by labor laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
