We are Seeking an Assistant Studio Manager who will be responsible for creating a positive, high energy, and respectful OTF studio environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and personally delivering and coaching the studio team on critical business measures such as Intros Booked, New Joins, Upgrades, Cancels, Winbacks and Freezes.
Specific job duties include:
- Develop a high-energy culture
- Train and mentor the SA team for ongoing success and future growth
- Enforce OTF corporate policies, business practices, systems and processes
- Ensure that all front desk systems are followed such as proper Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiries (general and sales related), Guest Registration, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, change requests and document scanning, etc.
- Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service and use effective decision making with member issues
- Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound
- Finding new ways to generate leads, increase member attendance and retention
- Following all corporate and internal processes including sales, operations and all necessary paperwork
- Follow all scripts, which include Telephone Inquiries, outbound calls, tours, presentations, and P.O.S. Referrals, etc.
