We are looking for full-time and part-time team members to work at our Orangetheory Fitness Call Center. Our office is in Andersonville and you’ll be able to enjoy the best 1-hour workout in the country...for FREE!
$18/hour $10/appt booked and showed
Responsibilities:
Field incoming calls with excitement and attention to detail
Set up appointments
Answer questions about Orangetheory Fitness with confidence and precision
Leave thoughtful and engaging voicemails
Provide prompt and precise follow-ups to potential new members
Skills and Requirements:
High School Diploma
High energy
Ability to multi-task
Excellent phone demeanor
Willingness to do whatever is necessary to help a stranger
Confidence to speak with strangers over the phone and control the conversation
Passion for health, fitness, and self-improvement
Baseline knowledge of health and fitness
Detail-oriented
Full-time schedules available:
11am - 7pm M - F
9am - 5pm M - F
Part-time schedules available:
4pm - 7pm M - Th
This is a HYBRID position requiring both in-person and remote work
Previous or current Orangetheory Fitness membership a HUGE plus!
