Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to speak & write in English fluently.
- Minimum 2 years experience in relationship management or account management.
- Experience creating & maintaining relationships with customers to better understand & achieve their needs
- Excellent communication & influencing skills, with careful attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to details.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity & to work effectively in a fast-paced & cross-functional environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in client relationships, client-service skills, & problem-solving.
- Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to develop strategic narratives, thought leadership skills, & industry-specific expertise.

Responsibilities:
- Understand what drives customer business & provide strategic advice to help them grow.
- Be a trusted advisor & build customer relationships in-person, over the phone & via video conference.
- Manage a portfolio of businesses by understanding growth drivers, finding opportunities for growth & managing risks.
- Develop solutions within the context of a broader marketing strategy while remaining curious about customer & industry news.
- Act as the customer’s voice internally at Orbee & ensure that resources are used fairly to address critical opportunities.
