Minimum:
3 yrs. practical experience demonstrating knowledge of quality assurance programs and quality control systems.
3 yrs. demonstrated experience performing quality assurance reviews of SUBSAFE/Level I Material work.
1 yr. demonstrated experience auditing SUBSAFE/Level I work in accordance with NAVSEA certification requirements.
Working knowledge of NAVSEA, NSWC, Naval Shipyard, SUPSHIP, and TYCOM organizations.
Demonstrated experience supervising overarching project / program execution, developing short and long-term plans, and establishing and maintaining technical schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
Ability to perform routine tasks in the MS Office suite.
Proficiency in both written and verbal communication of moderately complex technical and administrative products.
Desired:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in PPBES.
Training and/or documented work experience performing Risk Management as defined within MIL-STD-882 and NAVSEAINST 5000.8.

Job Description:
- The incumbent will be the Project Manager responsible for leading the team responsible for providing services in support of COMSUBPAC (N4) in their delivery of technical assistance to the submarine fleet.
