What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager - Boutique Financial Planning Firm position at Orchard Financial?
We are a small and busy financial planning firm out of the Mashpee Commons.
I am looking for a task oriented office manager to assist with:
-Scheduling clients
-Managing calls / emails / meetings
-Electronic filing (scanning)
-Helping with service forms for clients
-Keeping new business in good order
There are incentives for the right candidate. I will be offering some flexibility with the hours needed, hoping to have help 20-30 hours/week.
There is career potential and ability. Office manager could become licensed for additional compensation, etc.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $700,000.00 per year
