Ordell Construction is currently hiring for a Construction Laborer.
Ordell Construction has been in business since 1959, locally owned and operated. We are a commercial General Contractor and Varco Pruden (Bluescope) Builder in Eugene, Oregon. We strive to put out the best product for our clients. We like to say ‘footings to finish’ with our diverse range of skills and knowledge to accomplish this goal.
We are seeking individuals that are motivated and eager to learn the trade. This position offers training with ability to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Perform light carpentry work
- Clean and prepare construction sites as needed, removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials, and digging trenches
- Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing job site on a daily basis.
- Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with use of equipment once trained
- Performs some specialized tasks which may require on-the job training.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and alert at all times to ensure safety
- Ability to receive and follow instructions and communicate with other team members
- Time Management
- Physical strength and ability to do physical labor
- Valid Drivers License

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
