Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Director of People Operations, you will be hire #1 on the Talent Acquisition team. You'll own TA across all business departments, including GTM, customer support, operations, product, engineering, & design. We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader with experience in sourcing and recruiting, who has ideally built and managed a sourcing and recruiting function at a high-growth SaaS startup. To start, you’ll be sourcing and recruiting yourself, while also building out a Talent team under you as we grow and evolve.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, scheduling, screening, and interviewing candidates across all business departments.
- Partner with the Executive team and with hiring managers, to implement and execute effective sourcing strategies to recruit diverse and high-caliber talent.
- Oversee candidate sourcing to help build a strong top-of-funnel candidate pool.
- Screen candidates for fit per role requirement so hiring managers are interviewing the highest-qualified talent.
- Deliver interview training and coaching to management on hiring best practices.
- Design and execute a delightful candidate experience.
- Own all recruiting systems, processes, and strategy.
- Foster diversity and fairness in Order’s recruiting processes.
- Manage weekly recruitment reporting. Develop, track, and analyze critical hiring metrics, trends, and results for continuous improvement.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for all positions, anticipate future hiring demands, and update accordingly.
Qualifications
- Track record of successfully building a talent acquisition program from the ground up, ideally at a high-growth SaaS startup.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully sourcing passive candidates; proven experience in building a sourcing function, including training and managing of sourcers or other recruiters.
- A skilled storyteller who can synthesize what makes Order special and translate that into a compelling narrative for recruiting candidates in a hyper-competitive hiring environment
- Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
- Skilled in interviewing techniques and an ability to amplify those skills to hiring managers.
- Ability and willingness to recruit within a lean environment that does not heavily rely on agencies or administrative support.
- Data-Driven mindset, using data to drive strategy, influence decisions, and bring others along.
- Experience partnering with and influencing hiring managers.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment.
