Position Summary
Assists Program Director in the management and administration of the overall county operation within the guidelines of local, state and federal regulations. Provides leadership to the county. Acts as Program Director in absence of the Program Director. Supervises staff as designated by the Program Director.
Education And Experience Requirements
AA/AS degree in Business Management or Early Childhood Education (ECE), with 3 years experience working in a management capacity in a related industry utilizing strong administrative skills
OR
Equivalent combination of education and 5 years experience in program planning, management and supervision of staff
OR
Equivalent combination of education and 5 years experience in program planning, management and supervision of staff
