Benefits to You
Position Highlights
CCPD, based in Salem, Oregon, is hiring a Treatment Court BJA RANT Analyst (Analyst 3). As part of OJD’s cross-divisional Specialty Court Team, you will coordinate and perform tasks in support of a statewide Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) Adult Drug Court Discretionary Grant Program. You will perform analysis and identify issues, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure timely implementation of the Risk and Needs Triage Tool (RANT), a screening tool designed to assist in the equitable referral and entry of criminal justice involved individuals into adult drug courts statewide.
As a subject matter expert for the grant program, you will continue deploying the RANT statewide and will support implementation in the courts by providing technical assistance, onsite support, guidance, and training. You will work closely with court coordinators to gather key data and feedback, and you will partner with the data team to evaluate reports and dashboards, and to bridge any information gaps. You will deploy two regional RANT training sessions, and you will assess and revise the Risk Needs Responsivity training plan as needed. This work will include working with pilot courts and local subject matter experts, creating training agendas, and identifying guest speakers and venues. You will also catalog important reports, data, and information on our SharePoint site and create model court forms and informational packets.
You will initiate and maintain strong working relationships with judges, community leaders, legislators, attorneys, community groups, service providers, and other stakeholders, and you will represent the Specialty Court Team at a variety of workgroup and committee meetings related to the grant program. You will also coordinate with the Chief Justice, the Legislative Affairs team, and OSCA leadership regarding OSCA strategic plans and goals.
