**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations within the HR function.
**Duties:**
- Assist in recruitment processes such as job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support employee onboarding and orientation activities
- Assist in benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Help in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees
- Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and external partners
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate HR documentation
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant administrative role
- Knowledge of HR functions, practices, and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
