what you’ll do:

Build sales through catering lead generation, identifying Shop’s key target clients, corporate event participation, community engagement give back.
Partner with the catering teams on surprise delights, follow-up emails, etc.
Build relationships with schools, local organizations local Chambers of Commerce.
Responsible for seeking local events that align with our brand mission.
Identify groups in the community in which we can provide in-kind food donations.
Participate in helping drive sales awareness for any NSO’s in the region.
Contribute localized content for Original ChopShop’s social media channels
Understand the overall region’s fast casual market, competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, sales tactics to generate business to local Shops.
Create prospecting lists for potential catering guests.
You will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound sales activities, ensuring the seamless coordination of inquiries from interested clients and actively seeking out new opportunities through proactive outreach to drive the success and growth of our catering business.
Conduct tastings and samplings to secure first-time orders.
Coordinate deliver catering orders.
Act as the brand champion in your Shop by communicating the ChopShop brand with guests, clients, and other Team members.
Be the dining room “host” when appropriate to share about ChopShop catering/handout catering menus
Who you are:

1-2 years of restaurant sales experience (catering a plus)
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Ability to organize juggle multiple priorities
Carry a natural, genuine service mentality
Outgoing and personable
Familiar with Google Suite Microsoft Office, including Excel
High performance team player
Skill in assessing prioritizing multiple tasks, projects, demands
Strong written verbal communication skills
Based in Atlanta, have reliable transportation a valid driver's license
