Overview- Counter Associate

We are currently accepting applications for an Counter Sales Rep to continue this tradition and develop new business while focusing on cultivating existing business.
· The Counter Sales Associate will report directly to the Store Manager
Job Responsibilities
· Service existing accounts.
· Maintain accurate inventory levels at all times
· Help to keep a clean and safe work environment for all fellow employees and customers
· Establish Add on business with existing customers.
· Provide accurate price quotes in a timely manner to our customers
· Understanding customer needs and offering solutions
· Maintain professional and technical knowledge by testing product (own & competitive), reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks.
· Work retail store counter to develop the team, meet potential customers and assist with inside sales.
· Work closely with Store Manager to complete daily tasks and duties
· Accurately bill/receive inventory
· Opening and closing duties
· Any and all other duties assigned by management
· Hours of store operation: Monday through Friday 7:30-6, Saturday’s 8-2, Sunday's - Closed
Holiday’s Orlo’s is closed include: New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
Physical Requirements
· Physical Ability to stand for prolonged period of time and/or move about our stores.
· Ability to lift, move and carry objects that weigh in excess of sixty pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.50 - $13.00 per hour
