What are the responsibilities and job description for the Credit Administration Officer - VP position at Orrstown Bank?
Prepare accurate reporting on the Bank’s overall credit risk which includes several key areas such as calculation of the required Allowance for Loan and Leases Losses (ALLL), credit portfolio metrics reporting to management and the Board of Directors, and financial reporting; conduct validation of risk rating, accrual status and other changes; review and validation of credit underwriting metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field with bank lending education and training.
Minimum seven (7) years of related banking experience.
Exemplary credit and portfolio analysis and management skills; thorough working knowledge of ALLL methodology and practices, policies and practices of lending and credit principles, enterprise wide credit risk reporting and current lending and collection laws and regulations; operate at a highly effective level with minimal day-to-day managerial direction; strong analytical, verbal and written communication, presentation, decision making, collaborative and interpersonal relations skills; unparalleled integrity
