Job will include but is not limited to check-in and check-out patients, schedule appointments, answer phones and perform miscellaneous administrative tasks. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and timely communication with our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with check-in procedures, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
- Verify patient insurance coverage and process necessary paperwork accurately.
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care plans effectively.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist in billing processes and handle financial transactions with accuracy.
Experience:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
