ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (Remote)
Duration: 3 Months (Contract, with possibility of extension)
Location: Remote (Based in the US)
Hourly Rate: Up to $80 - $90 per hour
Are you a seasoned ServiceNow professional with expertise in the Customer Service Management (CSM) module? We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join our team on a 3-month contract basis, with the potential for extension. As a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining our customer service processes, leveraging your deep knowledge of the ServiceNow CSM module. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to make a significant impact from the comfort of your own location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and pain points within customer service processes.
- Utilize your extensive experience with the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module to design and implement efficient and effective solutions.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using ServiceNow capabilities.
- Configure, customize, and integrate ServiceNow modules to align with business needs, focusing on enhancing customer service experiences.
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and presentations to stakeholders and end users to ensure successful adoption of implemented solutions.
- Provide expert guidance to project teams on best practices for utilizing the ServiceNow platform to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions with other systems and applications.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including process flows, user guides, and technical specifications.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, with a focus on the Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
- Strong expertise in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform, including designing workflows, forms, and integrations.
- In-depth understanding of customer service processes and best practices, with a track record of successfully optimizing these processes using the ServiceNow platform.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience leading workshops, training sessions, and presentations to drive user adoption and project success.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- ServiceNow certification(s) in CSM or related modules would be a strong asset.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
