What are the responsibilities and job description for the ERP Support Analyst position at Oscar?
The ERP Support Analyst will be responsible for managing ticket requests from end users for ERP inquiries. They will also be responsible for dispensing end user training on utilization of the system and process improvement. They will analyze end user support patterns and relay this information to the ERP Team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administration of ERP System (Epicor) on a day-to-day basis.
- Provide work instructions for troubleshooting and ticket resolution and document ERP processes.
- Implement new features, make recommendations, and work with management and end users to implement the new features.
- Develop reports and dashboards to improve data analysis and intelligence.
- Streamline internal processes and flow.
- Provide end user support and troubleshooting issues related to ERP.
- Plan, manage, and execute software installations and upgrades.
- Conduct general user training of new features, functions, and 3rd party add-ons.
