Our Solution Specialists are the 'go-to' people within the organization for critical technical issues that span across multiple departments. They are tasked with researching and resolving issues that affect our business or our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations for customers and prospective customers.
- Sell solutions to clients.
- Develop, implement, and conduct training for clients.
- Understand and explain product functionality.
- Resolve technical issues with customers.
- Provide customer service; understand customer needs; plan, organize, and assign priorities; resolve problems, conflicts and complaints.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
