Job Description: Open, review and manage Warranty Claims, from receipt of request until repair, with the use of a warranty repair database. Review warranty claim submissions and accept or reject based on coverages. Schedule Service Technicians to perform warranty repairs and provide them with support and direction. Order and track the requested parts for warranty repairs. Close claims within a goal of 21 calendar days. Assist and update leadership and customers throughout the entire claim process. Manage anywhere from 50-200 claims at once, which includes part orders for those claims, and maintain excellent organization and solid updates. Basic Qualifications: Associate’s degree in a related field. Would consider someone who is almost done with their degree or someone who has been in a successful role for several years that is very similar, in lieu of education. 3-5-plus years of relevant work experience. Ability to think strategically and strive in a role that is unpredictable and priorities are ever changing. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to multi-task and influence others. Ability to effectively prioritize work. Microsoft Excel Proficient. Standout Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Basic understanding of vehicle systems. Exceptional computer skills using JDE, One Warranty and Microsoft Office Systems.
