Sr Salesforce Administrator

Job Description OSIsoft is searching for a Senior Salesforce Administrator and Developer, who will: Facilitate requirements gathering & documenting detailed functional, technical, reporting & data requirements Create detailed design documentation of each component of the Salesforce implementation. Gather, create and document current and future business process flows. Conduct analysis of systems specifications and use analysis / diagramming tools to represent business / technical processes Maintain and configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community applications Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows Manage operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views, and troubleshoot issues Work with business partners and end users to improve processes and propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users Qualifications Bachelors degree or higher, Computer Science or Engineering preferred 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. 3 years' experience working with business users to gather requirements and provide configuration, development and application support Deep knowledge and experience guiding an organization on making the right decision on how to use Salesforce in an effective way Strong experience in development of Salesforce application using Apex classes, Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components Extensive Salesforce configuration experience Extensive Salesforce scoping experience Experience with Salesforce implementations including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities Excellent communication skills Salesforce Certified Developer I or II preferred About AVEVA We are the makers of the PI System, the leading operations data management platform in essential sectors, such as power generation and utilities, water, oil and gas, mining, metals, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, facilities, transportation, food and beverage, and more.
