Business Development Representative

Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years of sales experience
- Familiarity with B2B sales in service industries
- Good at finding and setting up sales appointments
- Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies
- Great communication and organization skills
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
- Keep customer info accurate in the client's CRM
- Sort customers into different groups based on our criteria
- Work with management to plan the next steps for each customer
- Make lists of potential clients based on different factors
- Follow up on leads from our marketing efforts
- Schedule and attend meetings each week
- Reach out to potential clients through sales calls and LinkedIn
- Handle orders from our current customers
- Help with paperwork for sales and marketing
- Stay updated on what's happening in our industry
- Build strong relationships with our clients
