Facilities Lead

Date Posted: 2023-04-10 Country: United States of America Location: OT541: TFP - Florence, SC 1500 Otis Way, Florence, SC, 29501 USA RESPONSIBILITIES: The Facilities Lead is responsible for daily maintenance and repair of the facility and site. The Facilities Lead also is responsible for daily management of a facilities maintenance crew and contracted vendors. As construction projects and/or projects involving manufacturing equipment installations/moves are enacted, the Facilities Lead is responsible for on time and on budget completion. Minimum Education Requirements: AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience. Preferred Experience/Qualifications Prior leadership and supervisory experience Maintenance and repair activity for an industrial facility Building systems (i.e.: roofing, structure, office areas, dock doors, site, etc.) Electrical distribution systems Compressed air distribution systems Specialty gasses distribution systems Security systems such as CCTV and badge-controlled door locks Fire protection systems HVAC systems PIV knowledge Project management for construction projects Management of suppliers EH&S knowledge and compliance Capital budgeting Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work well within cross-functional teams to meet aggressive project deadlines Otis is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
