The Modernization CLC supervisor is a critical position with responsibilities in overseeing the production scheduling, ordering, and customer service support for all Modernization jobs ordered through OSC. This position will supervise sales analysts located in the Otis Service Center and interface with sales & operations staff in over 100 local offices in N. America.

Job Description:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales analyst group responsible for processing all modernization contracts through the CLC.
• Responsible for ensuring the on-time delivery of all material orders to achieve specific customer schedules for all Mod projects.
• Ensure the financial accuracy and overall quality of all estimating and ordering output activities.
• Knowledge of Mod ordering systems (eLog) and processes to identify & implement improvements.
• Ability to work well in cross-functional team environments as the voice of Mod customers with suppliers, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly in response to changing business needs or user identified issues.
• Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate changes through a variety of applications and user groups
• Execute business decisions in a fair and equitable manner, and provide two-way communications, consistent application of policy/work rules, clear, consistent communication of organizational goals and objectives
• Ability to adhere to Otis Absolutes: Safety, Ethics, Quality

Experience/Qualifications

• 5 years of project management, engineering or operations leadership experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, conflict resolution and communication skills
• Self-directed with a proven ability to identify, prioritize and execute operational objectives in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of supervising people and managing projects
• Demonstrated track record of leadership and experience working in operations
• Solid background project management
• Ability to coordinate changes and build consensus with a variety of stakeholders
• MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

Preferred experience

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline required
