Overview
As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle - building and managing a sales pipeline, market research, prospecting, fostering relationships and creating new ones, contract negotiation, and closing on your deals. You will be responsible for selling a partnership with Starforge Systems to prospects, which means you will be expected to first build a trusted relationship with our prospects, ultimately becoming their trusted advisor for all their PC hardware needs. You will report directly to the CEO and can be fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Prospect new clients via phone, social media, government directories, and through existing client relationships
- Cultivate relationships with existing clients and warm leads
- Establish and manage a Newegg Business storefront
- Manage inbound leads and maintain timely communication with all potential clients
- Guide clients through the entire sales pipeline, from outreach, hardware recommendations, quotation, negotiation, close, and after sale service
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer component knowledge
- Able to work independently and prioritize assignments
- Experience in outbound B2B sales
- Prior sales experience in the gaming or hardware industries
Nice to Have
- Prior sales experience with a PC System Integrator
- Experience closing large workstation and server deals
- Existing relationships with government agencies, game developers, universities, and engineering firms
