Junior Account Manager

OTS Empire is a growing and expanding Sales and Business Development firm in the San Jose area. We have worked hard to become successful and to form partnerships with companies in top leading business industries. Our goal for our clients is simple: develop new businesses and help their businesses expand into new markets. We have been fortunate enough to sustain these relationships with our clients over the years and with the success of this past year, we now need a bigger team! Our Junior Account Manager team is an integral part of our ability to foster relationships with our clients’ consumers, which is how we generate new business for them. We are currently seeking a forward-thinking, people-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Account Manager.

Responsibilities of the Junior Account Manager Include:

• Train alongside seasoned Junior Account Managers in order to grasp the basics of the role
• Answer any consumer inquiries and recommend any products and or services that may fit their needs
• Handle each customer interaction with the utmost professionalism while also following compliance guidelines
• Close sales with select consumers and ensure that they are fully educated on all product and service benefits
• Maintain open lines of communication with management, customers, and coworkers
• Negotatie new customer constructs, overtun injections, and close sales to drive revenue
• Contribute in team meetings on how to improve processes and interactions with client consumers

Requirements of the Junior Account Manager:

• Highschool diploma or GED preffered
• Experience working in customer service or sales
• Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively across all levels
• Must have a student mentality in order to receive continued training and development
• Must be a self-starter and be driven to succeed beyond the entry-level role
• Must be people-oriented and have a genuinely positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
