We are looking for early education Assistant Teachers/Teachers/Lead Teachers/Assistant Directors/Directors to join our talented team where we inspire children to be lifelong learners through our play-based curriculum. We want team members that are as passionate about the growth and development of children as we are.
We are currently located in Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia with continued plans to expand our network of schools. We need talented Teachers to join our team and experienced Directors as we continue to promote from within and move staff up in their Career Path.
What you bring as a Team Member:
Teachers
All Teachers are expected to plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities designed to promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children. You will prepare children for kindergarten by easing them into organized education from infancy to school age using our provided curriculum. You will also assist in daily care such as feeding, changing, and nap time. You will maintain interactive and open communication with parents and other team members using our Classroom Management system. Lead Teachers will also oversee classroom management, design lesson plans, and fulfill requests made by the Assistant Director/Director.
Assistant/Director
The position of Assistant/Director requires comprehensive knowledge of local childcare staffing and licensing requirements as well as the ability to manage a large school through strong leadership and organization, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills. Your day is spent managing two key areas: Relationships and the Facility. A commitment to making the site successful through empowering team members and developing meaningful relationships with children, families, team members, regulatory agencies, and the local community is essential. Assistant/Directors are responsible for managing their assigned site in all areas of staffing, enrollment, and the physical facility. Your day may be filled with hiring, hosting enrollment events, scheduling maintenance, budgeting and reporting, staff development, or addressing parent or licensing questions

Requirements: Most States you must be 18 years or older under Licensing standards. Some States will accept 16 years old. Must have high school diploma or GED for Teacher positions and a minimum of 6 months experience or related degree/certification for Assistant Director role and above. Some states require Director Credentials under Licensing standards.
