POSITION TITLE:                            Delivery and Receiving Specialist (Distribution Center)

POSITION STATUS:                        Full Time Non- Exempt (Hourly)

POSITION RANGE OF PAY:         $18.00- $20.00 per hour DOE

Job Description:

This position is within the Centralized Distribution Team at Tempe University Manufacturing.  The position requires a very high level of detail and knowledge of compliance and labels.  The Distribution Center Delivery Receiving Specialist (DCDS) will play an integral role in receiving, processing and distribution of all third-party product through the Central D/C.

Core Responsibilities:

Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:

• Receives third party and internal product deliveries
• Performs product in-take according to company policies, SOPs and State guidelines.
• Transports finished goods to the D/C for distribution preparation.
• Assists D/C with product allocation to all Sol Flower locations and builds manifests within Dutchie for all product transfers.
• Assists D/C and delivery team with pre-delivery order audits.
• Scans and files all required documents to all designated locations.
• Maintains a clean, safe, organized and professional work environment.
• Assists with internal label and QR code audits
• Assists D/C with weekly cycle counts
• Assists D/C with monthly End of Month counts (EOM)

Qualifications and Education:

• Must be able to navigate Dutchie inventory control platform.
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds several times throughout the work shift.
• Must be flexible in any situation
• Must possess strong problem-solving skills
• Must possess strong knowledge of Arizona Cannabis laws and regulations.
• Must understand and follow all company policies and guidelines.
• Must be willing to assist in any department when needed.
• Must possess strong work ethic and integrity.
• Must be able to navigate several computer operating systems and programs simultaneously.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check in order to obtain, and maintain, a Facility Agent card in accordance with Arizona State Department of Health Services requirements. ??
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
